Sour okra gumbo

Ingredients
okra
1 tbsp salt
2 tbsp sugar
4 tbsp vinegar
5-6 pepper grains
1/4 onion
2 aspirin
color dried dill

Method
At the bottom of the jar 1 l Put onion cut in crescents and pepper. Okra is washed, cut shafts (not for purposes not sharpening) and ranks in the jar. Put the salt, sugar, vinegar, crushed aspirin and dill. Bay with water, sealed and turned over 3-4 days.

I did it, but I kept cleaned and washed okra 24 hours in brine (for not sharpening). But do not understand the sun you stay 3-4 days sealed jars or in the shade?

I keep them in the shade - put jars on a towel, and after dissolving aspirin, salt, sugar and arrange them on the shelf with the other winter supplies.
