Cold walnut sauce

Ingredients
1 cup yogurt
5-6 cloves garlic
1 cup walnuts
1 slice dry white bread
3 tbsp sunflower oil
Method
Garlic and the walnuts bruised separately. Slices of bread soaked in lukewarm water and squeeze well. Crushed to crumbs and mix with the walnuts and garlic. Add the oil and yoghurt. Mix well and dilute to moderate density with lukewarm water. Blending is to make the sauce smoother. The sauce is suitable for fish, zucchini, eggplant, spaghetti.

Awesome sauce, many walk to meats, fish, salads, sandwiches, and even just topnesh bread in it. I replace oil with mayonnaise, put a little garlic and add fresh dill (matter of taste). Bravo, Maggie!
