Gris-layered cake

Ingredients
1 kg liquid pastry cream
300 g semolina
200 g sugar
fruit for decoration
ice cream optional

Method
Half cream is diluted with 500 ml water and add 100 g of sugar, put it in a saucepan to boil. Add semolina and boil to thicken. Pour into a baking dish, slightly pressing the edges to form a line, leave in refrigerator to set. Remaining cream mix sugar and smeared on top, decorate with fruit of your choice. Instead of cream can be used for ice cream spreads.

I chose your options with ice cream and used rice meal. I had fresh fruit and put such sweet. I loved it - quick and tasty.
