Squish pickle

Ingredients
7-8 kg cabbage, cauliflower, chervil
1-2 kg carrots
1 kg red peppers
1/3 cup salt
2/3 cup Vinegar
1/6 cup sugar
preservative (sodium benzoate)

Method
Cabbage, Cauliflower, Celery and carrots are cut, mixed with salt, vinegar and sugar namachkavat very nice all together. So be allowed to spend the night or stayed about 8 hours. Apart peppers also cut and sprinkle with plenty of salt and leave and they stay one night or about 8:00. The next day, all products (with the juice which they were released) are mixed together and the mixture ranks in jars. Each jar top is put in about 1/2 tsp (for compote jar) preservative. Preservative does not dissolve in water but simply dusted on top of the beads pickles. Do not put any extra water or vinegar. The jars are closed with a cover by the bottom of each lid is placed on a piece of cellophane. Harvested in a cool place. Do not turn.

I have tried last year made by my friend from Dospat. It was a wonderful crispy and it almost to early spring this year I decided to try - to see what happens. Success and those who decide to try it

For the first time I have seen so little pickle with vinegar, oil and salt. I will do half the dose sample.

i4eto saw that you mentioned and oil, you put you and what amount? I ask because the recipe is not on oil.

Wow what horror !! I put, but where I've seen this oil not know. I have not tried.

Wow, but I can not write much time after the sample (to become good and has already eaten, but oil is nice. My mom makes such and its was nice.
