Minced meat, 2 eggs, chopped onion, slices of bread and spices knead well. Formed into rectangles or circles, put on each chopped sterilized mushrooms and slice cheese. Top put another rectangle or circle of the mixture and the ends are pressed. Meatballs are rolled in flour and egg and fry in hot fat.
