Ingredients
          500 ml milk
          4 yolks
          100 g sugar
          6 bananas
              Method
              Sweetened milk becomes heated. Yolks are broken in tendzhra on them and pour the warm milk. Leave on low heat to thicken, stirring constantly. The cream should not boil. Banana crush and blend. The resulting banana puree mixed with cream and leave the cold to set.
