Nougat cream

Ingredients
60 g hazelnuts
20 g walnuts
70 g brown sugar
2 tsp vanilla sugar
20 g cocoa powder
80 g chocolate
200 ml cream

Method
Nuts are roasted in a dry pan around 7 -10 minutes until they begin to smell. Transferred immediately in cold dish and leave to cool. With cloth their cuticles peel away as far as you. Nuts, sugar and vanilla sugar put in a blender and pureed fine table. Add cocoa and stir well. Chocolate cut into small pieces, heat the cream. It puts chocolate and stirred until dissolved. Allow only to cool slightly and poured into nuts. Stir until homogeneous. Allow to cool, stirring at regular intervals. Transfer to a jar and refrigerate. From the type of chocolate depends on the final taste - choose quality chocolate, best with high cocoa content for a richer flavor.

Pay attention to quantities - are not that many, perhaps enough for a family breakfast. If you have more people - double the dose.
