Baklava with chopped peel

Ingredients
500 g ready peel
4 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 cup flour
1 packet of baking powder
1 cup walnuts
125 g butter
1/2 packet of cinnamon
# For the syrup:
2 cup sugar
2 cup water
juice of 1/2 lemon

Method
Cortices were cut into strips. Spread with butter the bottom of the pan and put it in half cut peel. Eggs are broken down with sugar, add flour with baking powder, cinnamon and chopped walnuts and mix well. Pour dough on the peel in the top tray and put the remaining shredded sheet. Baklava pour heated butter. Bake until golden and leave to cool completely. Prepare a syrup of sugar and water and allowed to boil for 10 minutes. Cool, add the lemon juice and pour baklava.
