Chicken fillet on a skewer, sweet-sour-spicy

Ingredients
500 g chicken fillet
1 green, red and yellow pepper
3 tbsp honey
1 hot red pepper (maybe more)
3 tbsp rice vinegar (or juice of half a lemon)
2 tsp spice mixture 5 or a mixture of anise, ginger, black pepper, cinnamon, fennel seeds
3 tbsp sesame sunflower oil
optional: coriander, fresh, crushed

Method
Hot pepper cut into very small pieces , mix with 2 tbsp honey, spices and vinegar. Fillets are cut longitudinally and marinated with acetic mixture. at least 30 minutes. Peppers cut into squares as large as the width of the fillet. Wound and impaled on a spit, roasted in a pan or BBQ. When ready, are coated with sesame sunflower oil, mixed with 1 tbsp honey and coriander (optional). * Can be sprinkled with roasted sesame. * Optional can in marinade to put a clove of garlic blend.
