Chocolate cake with almonds

Ingredients
100 g butter
60 g sugar
180 g flour
3 eggs
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
100 g of milk
100 g chocolate
60 g almonds
Method
The butter and sugar broken down to give a light foam, gradually add the yolks, then sieved with the baking flour, milk, grated chocolate and almonds. Add the beaten egg whites to stiff. Spread the mixture into an oblong shape covered with paper, greased with butter and bake in moderate oven about 75 minutes.
