Chocolate hearts

Ingredients
6 egg whites
200 g grated chocolate
200 g flour
Method
Whip snow. Gradually add the chocolate and flour. Kneads dough. Spread on a lightly floured surface. Roll out and cut with cookie cutter hearts. Arrange in a greased tray. Allowed to dry for 4-5 hours. Bake at 180 C until ready.
