1 kg of fish
1,5 kg fresh cabbage
1/2 cup (100 ml) vegetable oil
3 tbsp (30 g) flour
Chapter 1 (50 g) onion
2-3 (200 g) red tomatoes
1/2 lemon

Method
Fish cleaned, washed and cut into portions, and then add some flour and fry in fat. In the same fat, put chopped onion and stew until soft, then add the sliced ​​julienne cabbage with half tomatoes, chopped. When the cabbage is tender, add the spices and pieces of lemon. Half of cabbage pour into a baking dish. On it is placed the fish and pour the remaining cabbage and cover with the remaining slices of tomatoes. The dish is baked without water in a hot oven.
