Healthy bread without yeast

Ingredients
140 g of pumpkin or sunflower seeds
170 g linseed
60 g crushed walnuts (almonds or hazelnuts)
120 g almond flour
2 tbsp chia seeds
sea salt
5 tbsp extra virgin olive
300 ml water

Method
Mix all dry ingredients. Add water and olive oil. Mix well. You should get very dense, but united mixture. Bottom and sides of the baking tin size 10h25 cm, covered with parchment paper. The mixture was poured into it, and is pressed in order to fill the well form. Put it in the refrigerator for at least 8 hours. Heat the oven to 180C. The bread is placed in the middle of the oven and baked for about 20 minutes. Then turns into a baking dish, covered with paper and bake another 40 minutes. It is the bread to cut carefully, once completely cooled.
