Ingredients
500 g cleaned fresh green or red peppers
3-4 chapters sweet red onion
2-3 cloves garlic
4 tbsp (40 g) vegetable oil
1 tsp (5 g ) sugar
1 tbsp (10 g) ground walnuts
salt
paprika
3 tbsp (15 ml) broth or thin red wine
vinegar
Method
Cleaned of seed pods are cut in large pieces and together with the onion and garlic is chopped mincer. The resulting paste is placed in hot butter and vegetable stew with a lid for 15-20 minutes. Add sugar, paprika, salt and vinegar to taste and broth or wine. Boil on low heat for another 15 minutes, add powdered walnuts, red pepper sauce and retired from the fire.
