Pendant with mushrooms

Ingredients
800 g of meat thin piece of tenderloin or beef medallions 8
flour
salt
frying fat
pepper
8 slices dry white bread without crust
250 g mushrooms
2-3 eggs
8 tbsp broth
60 g butter
Method
Meat, cleaned of films, is formed of round 8 thick slices about 2 cm, which is crushed slightly, add salt and pressed into flour. Medallions fry quickly in hot fat removed in a heated dish and scatter with a little broth and pepper. In the same fat, fried plantain slices shaped like medallions, pre-dusted with a little broth and breaded in beaten eggs. Mushrooms are cleaned, cut into strips and sauté with a pinch of salt and pepper in the butter. On bread sofas are placed medallions and covered with stewed mushrooms. Pour the sauce of mushrooms.
