Ingredients
1.5 kg pork loin
50 g prunes
2 tbsp butter
1/2 cup cream
1 apple
starch
salt
1 cup water
Method
Plums pre-soaked and then cleaned from the stones. Sirloin is cut to length, hammered and covered with plums and slices of peeled, cleaned of seeds apple. Rolled in length and tie with string. Roll fry in hot oil, add water and salt and stew until soft. Once it becomes ready discharged. In the rest of the sauce added starch, mix with the cream and cook for a few minutes. Fillet to untie, cut into slices and pour the sauce. Serve with steamed potatoes or rice.
