Potato patties with sauerkraut

Ingredients
500 g potatoes
250 g sauerkraut
2 eggs
1/2 cup breadcrumbs or cornmeal
flour
pepper, salt
sunflower oil

Method
Cook potatoes, peel and smash mashed. Cabbage cut into very small pieces, squeeze very well out of the water and fry in a little oil. Remove from heat and add it to mashed potatoes, 1 egg and breadcrumbs and mix well. Seasoned with salt and pepper and the mixture formed meatballs which are pressed into a white flour, then in beaten egg, flour again and again in the egg and fry.

I made the recipe and I am pleased with the outcome. I used cornmeal and zapekoh them in the oven.
