Potatoes in Indian

Ingredients
1 tbsp sunflower oil
3 cloves garlic
fresh ginger
1/4 tsp turmeric
1/4 tsp coriander
paprika
2 potatoes
1 1/3 cups chicken broth
lemon juice
parsley
Method
Heat the oil. Add Blend garlic, ginger, turmeric, coriander and paprika and stew about 1 minute. Add the potatoes, cut into cubes, then broth. Cover and cook 5 minutes. Remove the cover, reduce heat and cook until the potatoes are ready and liquid boil off. Gently mix. Season with salt and pepper. Add lemon juice. Sprinkle with chopped parsley serving.
