Ingredients
750 g of meat rabbit
250 g pork tripe
3 onions
1-2 slices of black bread
flour
salt
pepper
red wine
Method
Rabbit cut into pieces Season with salt and pepper, add some flour and together with sliced pork tripe, chopped onions and shredded black bread arranged in layers in the pot. Make red wine so that your meal is covered 3/4. Stews half an hour on low heat.
