Ingredients
1 kg of rabbit meat
3 slices white bread
3 (150 g) marinated red peppers
20 g butter
10 olives
Chapter 1 (50 g) onion
1 bunch parsley
2 tbsp (20 ml) vegetable oil
2 tbsp (20 ml) vinegar
1 tbsp (10 g) red pepper
salt
Method
The meat is boiled, cleared from the bones, cut into portions and place in a deep dish. Add the bread, diced and fried in the butter, pickled red peppers, sliced ​​olives and chopped onion and parsley, vegetable oil and vinegar, paprika and salt to taste. The mixture is stirred well before served.
