Ingredients
1 kg of rabbit meat
3 slices white bread
3 (150 g) marinated red peppers
20 g butter
10 olives
Chapter 1 (50 g) onion
1 bunch parsley
2 tbsp (20 ml) vegetable oil
2 tbsp (20 ml) vinegar
1 tbsp (10 g) red pepper
salt
Method
The meat is boiled, cleared from the bones, cut into portions and place in a deep dish. Add the bread, diced and fried in the butter, pickled red peppers, sliced olives and chopped onion and parsley, vegetable oil and vinegar, paprika and salt to taste. The mixture is stirred well before served.
