Method
Put to boil potatoes. While they cook marinated salmon with balsamic vinegar, dill, salt and pepper. Fold the parchment paper in half. With scissors cut the paper so that it looks like a heart as expand it. Every heart brush hand nice with sunflower oil (olive oil). In one half of the heart put a piece of steak or salmon. Arrange side cooked, peeled and cut potatoes into halves, place and mix of frozen vegetables, sprinkle the vegetables with a little sunflower oil (olive oil), salt and pepper. Cover the fish with the other half of the heart and begin to fold into small triangles from the pointed portion of the heart, so that each advocate when you reach the end fold it so that it remains below. Put packages of fish in an appropriate tray and bake in a preheated oven at 200C degrees for 15 minutes. Remove tray from oven packages, leave a bit to cool down and serve as cut paper with scissors on top. Serve with a slice of lemon, and if necessary it Season fish. * In case I used baking paper. * If it is difficult to seal the paper bags as I have shown him as you do know or copy the link that I mentioned as the source and there is a lot of detail shown how to fold.
