Semifredo with nectarines

250 g feta cheese Mascarpone
200 ml pastry cream
150 g of powdered sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla sugar

Method
Separate the egg whites from the yolks and whites arrives in the refrigerator. Yolks beat with powdered sugar and vanilla sugar, add 1 tablespoon cream. In a separate bowl mix the cream, add the mascarpone and mix again. Egg whites are removed from the refrigerator and break into foam. Three mixtures gather together and mix to a lesser extent. Add chopped fruit. In glass bowl pour the mixture, as previously we put foil. Insert the refrigerated and frozen from 2 to 6 hours, depending on the refrigerator. The mixture should be firm. Can be served as a cake or cut into pieces. Can be made with walnuts, fruit, coffee, cocoa. Decorate optional. Semifredoto is dessert like ice cream.
