Ingredients
400 g mushrooms mushrooms
6 tbsp margarine
100 ml white wine
parsley
1 lemon
salt
pepper
Method
Clear is the mushrooms and cut into slices, then smothered in margarine. When tender, add them white wine and spices. Leave to boil for another 10 minutes. Serve sprinkled with parsley and decorated with lemon.
