Strudel pastry with apples and cinnamon

Ingredients
350 g ready peel
300 g sugar
10 g cinnamon sugar
1.5 kg apples
100 g butter
40 g sunflower oil
50 g of powdered sugar

Method
Crucifixion finished wafers and leave them aside. Apples melim them in a food processor and fry them in half fat along with most of the sugar and the cinnamon sugar until soft. Each crust put the finished apples and a spoon of sugar, rolled and redim elongated pan until end peels. Top spread with the butter, remaining sunflower oil and sprinkle with more sugar. Bake at 180C for about 30 minutes. As cool sprinkle with powdered sugar.
