Ingredients
600 g flour type
200 ml lukewarm water
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp dry yeast
5 tbsp melted butter
olive oil for greasing the pan

Method
Sift the flour and him add the melted butter. The mixture was triturated with fingers to obtain a crumb. Add sugar, salt, yeast and carefully pour the water. Kneads dough, placed in a greased baking dish with olive oil, cover with towel and let rise until increased volume. Then transfer the dough into an oiled pan. Again, cover with a cloth and leave to rise again. The bread is baked in a preheated oven at 180C degrees. Bake until ready.

Just type flour bread I have not done. Mix white and other flours. By watching this crust in one of the following mesenete will try. :)
