Vegan peppers stuffed with leeks and potatoes
1 - 1.5 kg peppers
2-3 leeks onion
1 handful of rice
paprika, black pepper, mint, savory, salt
Peppers cleaned from the handles. Leek cut into rings and stew with sunflower oil. Remove from heat and add the peeled potatoes, cut into cubes, rice and all spices. The mixture is stuffed peppers and bake.
