White man with sheep cheese

Ingredients
1 kg fresh sheep cheese
200 ml sheep's milk
200 g flour
1 tsp salt
300 ml water
Method
Fresh sheep cheese is placed in a deep pot. Pour fresh sheep's milk and salt. The flour is dissolved in water by first being poured in a little water and stirred so as to leave no lumps of flour. Add flour and dissolved. Place the mixture over high heat, stirring continuously with a wooden spoon until the water boil off and mess thickens. The resulting white man * * served with bread or with molasses and honey. * On Peter boil * white * the dairy man high in the mountains, in a few spoken and many people gather for the feast.
