Wine kebab Polina

Ingredients
300-400 g pork
1-2 onions
1 cup white wine
about 1/2 cup Water
savory, black pepper, salt
1 tbsp flour
Method
Cut the meat and onions into large cubes. In a deep pan, or any deeper court saute the meat with the onion. Add spices, wine and water. Put the lid and leave on low heat until the wine and the water evaporate. If it is not completely empty fat pan, add a little and fry again with flour sprinkled on the meat to ready and brownish color. The meat becomes very tender and tasty.
