Cherries with espresso and cream

Ingredients
500 g sour cream
100 g cottage cheese or cream cheese
200 ml cream
1 tbsp vanilla sugar
100 ml espresso coffee - cold
1 tsp cocoa dark
1/2 tsp cinnamon
400 g cherries
250 ml cherry juice
4 tbsp gelatine sugar (or less pectin)
4 tbsp granulated sugar

Method
Mix the sour cream and the cottage cheese, add 4 tbsp sugar and crashed. Cream mix with vanilla sugar snow is added to the first mixture. Divide into two parts, one to be added espresso and cinnamon. Cherry juice is boiled with gelling sugar (pectin), boil for one minute, remove from heat and put it in cherries. Allow to cool slightly. The juice is only slightly compressed. In the cups are lined white cream, espresso cream, cherries and repeat. Sprinkle with cocoa. Garnish with cherry. * To keep diet: instead of sour cream - yogurt instead of sugar - artificial liquid sweetener, natural, unsweetened cherry juice.

Rally, a great recipe, but ... I have not seen here gelatine sugar. Can be replaced with gelatin in a small amount?

No, do very complicate. Then put a little starch or flour, 1k. l. fuzzy in a little cold water. Should be enough. And a little sugar suropa - ready.
