Chicken with champagne

Ingredients
800 g chicken fillet
250 g mushrooms
1 large onion
250 ml cream
400 ml champagne
1 tbsp flour
olive oil or sunflower oil
pepper, salt
parsley for decoration
Method
Clear mushrooms, chop and fry in a little oil and set aside. Slice the chicken fillets slices, add salt, counterfeiting and roll in flour. Fry them in fat. Add chopped onion, then everything is fried and add mushrooms, cream and champagne. Add salt to taste and let the dish on low heat 20-25 minutes.
