Ingredients
1 chicken
1 onion
2 carrots
2 heads celery (100 g)
2 cloves garlic
2 bay leaves
1 bunch parsley
salt
pepper
# For the sauce:
300 g feta cheese
1 cup chicken broth
2 tbsp sunflower oil
2 tbsp flour
pinch nutmeg
parsley
Method
The chicken is cut, portioned pieces and put in salted water to boil. When the meat is tender add chopped vegetables and bay leaf and cook until ready. Meat and vegetables are removed and arranged in a large plateau. Flour fry in the oil for 1 minute. Add crumbled feta cheese and chicken broth. This sauce pour the chicken and vegetables and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
