Cigar with mushrooms and cheese

Ingredients
1 package ready wafers (500 g)
1 egg
1 yolk
100 g cheese
150 g mushrooms
butter
Method
Cut mushrooms and sauté in the butter. Leave to cool. Prepare a stuffing of chopped boiled egg, grated cheese and stewed mushrooms. Pan banitsa Spread with melted butter and cut into smaller rectangles. On each placing some stuffing. On each rectangle is placed on the stuffing and rolls as cigar. Arranged in a buttered baking dish and smeared with a few drops of sunflower oil and egg yolks. Bake to pinking.
