Cream Fantasy - II type

Ingredients
3 eggs
500 ml milk
2 tbsp flour
2 tbsp sugar
50 g chopped walnuts
20 g raisins
60 g sugar for caramel
Method
Divide whites and yolks and add sugar to the yolks and flour, pour some milk. In a saucepan caramelized sugar. Add milk to the finished caramel. Boil until dissolved and add the caramel mixture of egg yolks. Put the chopped walnuts. Boil over low heat for 1-2 minutes, then leave to cool completely. Beat the egg whites with a little sugar and add them to the pan to the cooled mixture. Stir well and decorate cream in tall glasses. Leave it in the fridge to set. Decorated cream, sprinkled with walnuts and raisins.
