Fish salad with mayonnaise and garlic
Ingredients
650 g fillet of hake or beard
100 g mayonnaise
8 cloves garlic
350 g potatoes
200 g pickles
200 g carrots
50 g parsley
350 g red tomatoes
lemon 1
2 tbsp (20 ml) vinegar
10 g salt
50 g onion
Method
Sweep fish fillet is placed in boiling water in which they are placed carrots, salt, vinegar, onions and cook for 15-20 minutes . Boiled fish, once cool, cut into strips or cubes and mix with chopped boiled potatoes, peeled carrots and pickles, diced. Add crushed garlic, mayonnaise, a little vinegar and mix well. The mixture is formed into an elongated plate or in small bowls and garnish with slices of red tomatoes, a sprig of parsley and lemon.
