Kavarma with pork ribs

Ingredients
300 g pork ribs
4-5 field mushrooms
1-2 green peppers
2 onions
pepper, savory
100 g salo (optional)
parsley

Method
Ribs (and salo) are cut into relatively small pieces. Place the hot sunflower oil and fry until almost. Vegetables finely. Shortly before the meat is completely ready add the pepper and onion in 1 minute, finally mushrooms. When the dish is removed from the heat put spices - savory, pepper and parsley.
