Ketchup

Ingredients
10 kg tomatoes
1 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp mustard
5 tbsp pepper
cinnamon 1 tbsp
1 tbsp ground cumin
2 tbsp savory
200 g sugar
salt
Method
Milled tomatoes simmered in low heat until consistency slightly thicker than nectar. Add spices and so simmer 10-15 minutes. Add sugar and boil for another 10 minutes under continuous stirring. Still hot was poured into bottles and sterilized for 5-7 minutes.
