Mountain Pizza

Ingredients
300 g pizza dough
400 g tomatoes
2 cloves garlic
1 tbsp oregano
225 g mozzarella
2 dry red chillies optional
Mountain sausage Tandem or other dry salami
2 tablespoons Capers
fresh oregano
olive oil
Method
The oven is heated to 220 C. The dough is divided into two and each half is rolled until it reaches 25 cm in diameter and put on a greased tray with olive oil. Chopped tomatoes confused in a bowl with chopped garlic and dried oregano. Foundations for pizza smeared with the resulting tomato sauce. Mozzarella cut into slices and half is distributed evenly over the tomatoes. The pizzas are put in the oven for 7-10 minutes until the dough starts to become golden. Remove and sprinkle with crushed chillies. Sorting circles sausage and capers. Top put the remaining mozzarella and returned to the oven for another 7-10 minutes. Sprinkle with fresh oregano and serve immediately.

pizza is great, but not that many that oregano.

About 400 grams. tomatoes oregano is not much. But I think that tomato sauce is very to 300 grams. dough. But certainly does not spread all sauce on pizza.
