Onion pastry with chicken

Ingredients
1 (1 kg) chicken
2 and 1/2 cup (500 g) flour
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
5-6 heads (350 g) onion
1/2 cup (100 g) rice
1 bunch dill
2-3 sprigs savory
1 tbsp (10 g) red pepper
1/2 cup (100 ml) vegetable fat
salt
Method
From sifted flour, baking soda, salt and water is kneaded dough, which is rolled into two thick leaves, one of which can be larger than the tray, which will be cooked onion pastry . In fat stew until soft chopped onion, then add the cleaned and washed rice, finely chopped dill and savory red pepper and salt to taste. Tray smeared with grease and put it in the larger piece of dough, but so that its ends come out of the pan. Spread the filling on top and arrange portions of chicken. Hanging over the leaves was capped filling. Top place another sheet and pressed the edges. This reconstituted onion pastry smeared with oil and bake in a medium high heat.
