Pretzels with cream cheese without eggs

Ingredients
250 g cheese
250 g flour
250 g cream cheese
50 g butter
10 g baking powder
sesame
poppy seed
paprika
1 egg yolk

Method
Grate cheese finely grater. Add the flour, baking powder, cream the feta cheese (at room temperature) and soft butter. Mix products and knead until a smooth dough. Wrap the dough in transparent foil and place in refrigerator for 10 minutes. Roll out the dough on a floured counter, in rectangular shape, 1 cm thick. Cut into squares or rectangles same. Arrange crackers in pan covered with baking paper. Apply them with beaten yolk. Sprinkle each cracker with a little sesame and poppy. Finally, sprinkle with paprika, through a strainer. Pretzels bake in a preheated oven at 180C degrees 15-17 minutes. obtained about 100 cm in size 3h1.5.

Although still roast them (I was able to try and photograph them :) I can not wait to share the outcome-crackers were great! Soft, crisp, straight melt! I made them with cottage cheese (I had planned them, otherwise I would buy cream cheese). And because they are a form of Christmas trees to have something green and added parsley :) we like!
