Roasted fish on German

Ingredients
2-3 fish - herring, mackerel or other
60 g butter
3-4 tbsp cream
1 onion
2-3 tbsp breadcrumbs
200 g of canned fish - sprats sardines, sprat and other
salt
pepper
Method
Fish is cleaned of skin and bones, cut into thin slices, add salt and place in pan. Chopped onion stew in the butter until golden, add drained and cut into small fish from the can and the mixture is placed on the fish in the pan. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and pepper and let stand in a cool about 1 hour. Bake in a moderate oven.
