Ingredients
          250 g snailmeat
          3 eggs
          3 onions
          1 cup flour
          1/2 tsp soda
          1 tbsp brandy
          1 tsp savory
          1 tsp pepper
          1 tsp cumin
          sunflower oil for frying

          Method
              Cooked snails ground into mince. Chop and grind together with all products and 1 cup water was stirred well. The oil is heated and a tablespoon of the mixture is placed by forming a schnitzel. Fry on both sides.
