Strudel with spinach and cheese

Ingredients
300 g puff pastry sheet around
500 g spinach, fresh
250 g cottage cheese with 40% fat
parsley
3-4 tbsp breadcrumbs
200 g sheep brined feta cheese
3 cloves garlic
1 tsp cayenne pepper
salt, pepper

Method
Heat the oven to 170C. Spread the puff pastry sheet. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Spinach is cleaned, washed and put in a saucepan wet. Pan heat just until spinach settles, remove from heat and spinach is washed under running water. Drain very well and is spread over the dough. It is distributed on the cottage cheese, spices, garlic and parsley. Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese. The dough is rolled up and put in a tray with baking paper, as the edge of the roll is on the bottom side. There are also several transverse incisions on strudel and bake about 1 hour.
