Stuffed sour cabbage - II type

Ingredients
1 large sour cabbage
300 g pork
sunflower oil for frying
2 onions
salt, paprika, pepper
5 tbsp lard
1 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tsp cumin
Method
Cabbage carefully carving in the middle. Cut the meat into chunks and fry with cut onions. Seasoned with salt and pepper and the resulting mixture was filled cabbage. Clamp with thread and put in a deep saucepan. The lard is melted and it watered cabbage. Pour 1 cup hot water, boil, from time to time pour the sauce. At the end add the cumin and tomato paste. Finished cabbage is removed carefully in the dish. release of the strings and cut like a watermelon.
