Turkey meat in batter

Ingredients
160 g flour
80 g margarine
salt
# Stuffing:
500 g roast turkey
450 ml milk
piece of celery
salt
120 g mushrooms
60 g butter
60 g flour
Method
Margarita mix of foam, place the flour, sifted together with salt, mix with your fingertips until the mixture similar to coarse crumbs. Add 2 tbsp (20 ml) of water and kneaded. Two-thirds of the dough is rolled out crust and place in an oiled form and put the stuffing on top. The edges of the dough are coated with cold water, cover with the remaining dough, also formed of a circle so that it stands as a lid on the dish. Edges are pressed to those of the lower dough and coated with beaten egg or milk. Of the remaining dough trimmings form pieces and arrange on top of dough. Bake in preheated oven 10-15 highly minutes and doizpicha in low oven. Serve in the court in which the dish is baked. On the stuffing: Make a light roux from the butter and flour, dilute gradually with milk, boil and podsolyava. Mushrooms are baked, grilled, or fried in fat, cut into small pieces, was added chopped meat and celery, add salt and stirred until a thick sauce.
