Yambol bun

Ingredients
250 ml water
80 g butter
125 g flour
4 eggs
150 g cheese
50 g whole cheese
salt
Method
The water is heated with the salt and the butter, add the flour all at once and stir with wooden spoon until the dough begins to come off of the pan and spoon. Remove from heat and add the eggs one at a time, stirring constantly. Add the grated cheese. In a buttered baking dish shaped buns. Prick on each piece of cheese. The drought 30 minutes in a moderate oven.
