Ingredients
1 kg zander
100 g margarine
1 kg potatoes
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
2 tbsp tomato paste
2 tbsp flour
coriander
parsley
pepper
salt
Method
Vegetables Wash and cut in large pieces. Margarine is melted in an open pressure cooker and put it sliced potatoes and onions. Stew 15 minutes. Then add the fish in the fuzzy 2 cups water, flour and tomato paste and spices. The pan is closed and placed on high heat. Once you begin to fry, reduce heat and dish stew for another 15 minutes. Serve with crushed garlic.
