Oil muffins

Ingredients
6 eggs
1 and 1/2 cup sugar
5 tbsp yogurt
60 g butter
2 cup flour
rum essence
2 tsp cocoa
10 g baking powder

Method
Separate the egg yolks from the whites. Egg whites are broken down into snow and them in small doses add 1 cup sugar. In another bowl whisk the egg yolks with 1/2 cup sugar to graying. To the yolk mixture, yogurt and chocolate. Then yolk mixture was poured into a egg white. Mix with mixer. Sieve the flour with the baking powder. Was added in small doses to the egg mixture, stirring with a wooden spoon to remain fluffy dough air. Insert the essence. After the procedure is added trickle melted butter (not to be hot). Bake at 170-180 C about 15 to 20 minutes (depending on the strength of the oven).
