Cherry cream with cream

Ingredients
500 g cherries
250 g flour
160 g sugar
5 eggs
vanilla 1
1 cup milk
200 g cream
1 tbsp fruit brandy
1 tbsp liqueur (cherry, cherry or almond aperitif)
pinch of salt
Method
6 forms a creamy caramel is smeared with butter. Cherries are free of stones and broken in the forms. The oven is heated to a temperature of 180 C. The flour is mixed with sugar, beaten eggs and vanilla. The mixture was stirred with a mixer, with stirring, pouring milk. Mix with cream, fruit brandy and liqueur. Mix, place a pinch of salt. Distribute the forms which rank in the tray. In pan pour water and dessert bake about 35 minutes in preheated oven. When a brown crust is removed, turning trays and carefully removed. Decorate with colored sugar may be sprinkled with grated chocolate.
