Horse mackerel with red tomatoes

Ingredients
500 g fish mackerel
5-6 tomatoes
1 cup wine or 1/2 cup vinegar and water
1/3 cup sunflower oil
juice of 1 lemon
salt
parsley
Method
Clear and wash the fish. Ordered in a wide shallow pan. Add top peeled and finely chopped tomatoes. Pour 1 cup wine or 1/2 cup vinegar and water. Add the oil and lemon juice 1 or dissolved in a little water, citric acid. Add salt, sprinkle with pepper and put to boil on low heat for about 1 hour. Serve sprinkled with chopped parsley.
