Breakfast Caterpillar

200 ml milk
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp dry yeast
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp sunflower oil
300 g flour
8 skinless sausages
1 egg
1 tbsp milk or cream

In 100 ml warm milk dissolve yeast, 1 tbsp sugar and 1 tbsp flour. Allow to warm over 20 minutes. Sift the flour, add salt, remaining sugar, the oil and knead the dough. Leave in a warm place for 30 minutes to double its volume. Then divided into 8 balls, each roll so be wrapped skinless sausage, transferring edge pushes well. With a sharp knife, cut into equal parts, one is transferred to the left, the other remains, but is pulled up again next transfer so all circles. So all the balls. Arrange in a baking dish off. Leave to rise again, smeared with beaten egg and milk (cream), and bake in a preheated oven. Optional to scatter with cheese and a little ketchup.

Before 3-4 days were done with dough for bread, frankfurters razryazoh 2 / not all sausage / and became the same as / appearance /. Quick and easy going :)
